Reception and opening hours

Our hotel rooms are located in different buildings. The reception for check-in and check-out is located in the Restaurant Café Dierks, Kranplatz 2, on the "city island" of Hitzacker. On the day of arrival you can check in at our 4-star hotel from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please call us on 05862/98780 and let us know if you will be arriving after 9:00 p.m.

On the day of departure you can check out until 11:00 a.m. For the best start to the day, we serve a balanced breakfast buffet in our Café Dierks restaurant from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., leaving nothing to be desired.
 

Our restaurant Café Dierks is open Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (hot food, i.e. please order food by 7:30 p.m.). On Monday we have a day off in the Café Dierks restaurant (the kitchen remains cold). The hotel is open daily.
